Mr. Ali Amer Al Hajeri has been associated with North Africa Holding (NorAH) since its establishment in 2006, and has been advising on the company's strategy and expansion plans in the North African region on various industry sectors.

Mr. Al Hajeri is currently Chairman of the Kuwait Petroleum Holding (Cayman) and has over 25 years of experience in finance. He started his career as a financial accountant with KPC to later become Managing Director within the same group.

His responsibilities included management of the KPC financial investments, monitoring of treasury policies and procedures and supervision of strategic funds. During his long professional career with KPC, Mr. Al Hajeri was instrumental in the development of KPC's strategic financial objectives to support the Holding's business objectives.

Mr. Ali Al-Hajeri is a member of the KPC Senior Management team as MD -Finance & Administrative Affairs; he is responsible for defining, directing & developing HR & Administrative policies & procedures for KPC & its subsidiaries. He also manages KPC's pension fund, directs the development of IT operational policies and oversees the implementation of risk management and insurance strategies, as well as policies and procedures across the corporation.

Mr. Al Hajeri is an active member of the Kuwaiti community as well as abroad, and a Board member of several associations such as the Kuwait Association of Accountants & Auditors, the GCC Accounting & Auditors Association Establishment Committee as well as the Economists & Commercial Association in the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Al Hajeri holds several positions as a board member with prominent organizations and associations including Gulf Combined Alliances for Marine Services, and KPC Holding in Aruba. Prior to that, he was Director with Kuwait Oil Tankers Company, Kuwait Oil Company, and the Central Bank of Kuwait. In addition, he was also board member of the Graduates Society of Kuwait and Hadia Cooperative Society of Kuwait.

Mr. Al Hajeri holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Kuwait University.
