Mr. Rabih Soukarieh was associated with North Africa Holding (NorAH) in 2010, and he is advising on the company's strategy and expansion plans in the North African region on various industry sectors. Mr. Soukarieh’s career spans over 20 years in the areas of Investment Banking Advisory, Debt and Equity Financing, Private Equity, and Mobile Telecommunications.

Mr. Soukarieh heads the Special Projects and Business Development activities of United Gulf Bank (UGB), Bahrain, having rejoined in early 2009, after relocating from Qatar where he held the post of Chief Executive Officer at United Gulf Financial Services Company in 2008.

Mr. Soukarieh held the post of Group Chief Financial Officer of Wataniya International, between 2005 and 2007, co-leading the expansion of the Wataniya Telecom Group in Tunisia, Iraq, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, and Palestine.

Mr. Soukarieh headed UGB's Corporate Finance Division, between 2003 and 2004, where he led UGB's Investment Banking activities.

Mr. Soukarieh holds several positions as a Director and Member of the Executive and Audit Committees of prominent organizations including Tunis International Bank and Gulf Bank Algeria. He is also a director of Kuwait Energy Company and of Moobility Telecom International Holding Ltd. (Friendi Group), Dubai. He is a Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Executive Committee of Wataniya Telecom Algérie (Nedjma).

Mr. Soukarieh holds an MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, and a BSc from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
